Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within 48 hours of placement, and shipped within 24 hours thereafter. All shipping rates and times are defaulted to USPS flat rate shipping. This allows us to charge less for shipping rates, letting you get more of the products you want.

Based on product selection, some orders over 24 oz are automatically upgraded to flat rate priority shipping, maximizing the efficiency and speed of your shipping payments.

Any missing, mis-packed, or damaged items in your order will be replaced with no extra charge by notifying Shop@TectonicCraftStudios with corresponding photographs within 48 hours of receipt.
